Students from Gaza have been denied study visas after being asked to justify education gaps and provide original bank statements during the period of Israel’s genocide, requirements that are virtually impossible to comply with.

A protest at the decisions will be held at the Department of Justice at 11am tomorrow, Friday 31st July. The protestors will hand-deliver an open letter to Minister O'Callaghan signed by organisations in support of the granting of visas.

The protest is being supported by People Before Profit, the Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign (IPSC), AMLÉ, the Workers’ Party and others.
