Over 1,000 people protested outside Dail Eireann over Special Education cuts on July 13th, as parents, children, SNAs, teachers and others travelled from around the country to take part. The protest was organised to coincide with a Dail Motion by the United Left Alliance & Technical Group (Text below). The crowd were addressed by a large number of speakers including Joan Collins TD & Richard Boyd Barrett TD. There is huge anger over this issue and there are plans to have a follow up protest on September 14th when the Dail resumes after the summer.
